2012 ADP American Distance Summit Changes Venue And Adds Award Winning Researcher Dr. Kevin Ford

(High Point, NC) - The fifth edition of the ADP American Distance Summit has changed venues to High Point University in High Point, NC, and has added award winning researcher Dr. Kevin Ford to the already impressive list of presenters.  The Summit will still be held January 5-6, 2013, with High Point only 75-miles northeast of the original host city, Charlotte, NC.

Kenya defends in Chiba

23 November 2012 - Kenya defended its title at the 2012 International Chiba Ekiden on Friday (23), while Japan finished runner-up for the second consecutive year.



Atlanta, November 22, 2012 – Over 12,800 runners and walkers kicked off Thanksgiving morning at the 2012 Atlanta Half Marathon events on Thursday, November 22, making it one of the largest participant fields in the event’s history.  Along with the Atlanta Half Marathon, the Thanksgiving Day event featured the Thanksgiving Day 5K, the Mashed Potato Mile for children ages 7 to 12 and the Gravy Gallop for kids ages 6 and under.
